Using the games

The games, notes and drawings are free to use for personal, family and classroom purposes. You do not need an account. Please do not try to break, overload or disrupt the site, scrape it in bulk, or use it for anything unlawful.

Embedding and sharing

Teachers, bloggers and publishers may embed any game using the embed code at the bottom of its page, as long as the embed is not changed, not presented as your own work, and not placed on pages that are unlawful, hateful or aimed at deceiving people. Sharing links and screenshots is always welcome. We may ask for an embed to be removed at any time.

Who owns what

The games, code, artwork, text and the notebookfun name and logo belong to notebookfun and are protected by copyright and other laws. Apart from the uses allowed above, you may not copy, republish, sell or create derivative versions of them without written permission. Scientific facts are not owned by anyone; our sources are listed under each game. If you believe something on the site infringes your rights, see our copyright page.

Educational content

We check our facts against published sources and simplify where it helps a game, but we cannot promise that every number is perfect or up to date. The site is for learning and fun and is not professional, medical, engineering or safety advice. See the disclaimer.

Ads and other websites
